- 250 g tin sliced beetroot
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 3 Tbls sunflower oil
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 1/4 bunch dill or parley chopped (or both)
- 1 handful walnuts ( lightly crashed)
Open and drain tin of beetroot
Place in salad bowl , add garlic, dill , walnuts , salt , pepper.
Drizzle with Sunflower oil , mix and Enjoy
