- 4 x slices of white toast bread
- 250 g polish salami ( grated on grater on the biggest holes )
- 2 x eggs
- 2 Tbls olive oil
- 1 x fresh ground black pepper
- 2 x tomatoes, cut into wedges
1 ) Put one slice on a plate and top with …..bit of salami.In second slice cut in the middle with round cutter circle,push the salami down with tablespoon,cover with slice and break egg into hole.Cook slowly until egg is set up.Season with pepper.
3 Serve on a plate with fresh tomato and your favor drink.
PS.This is good for weekend breakfast as well
