  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 3 L tomatoes
  • 1 L onion



1 bunch of parsley finely chopped
3 tomatoes diced
1 onion or half bunch of green onions
1 cucumber diced
4 radish diced
1 green pepper diced
1 bunch of Purslane leaves only
¼ cup of olive oil
1 clove of garlic mashed
½ bunch of mint chopped
Salt, pepper and chilli as desired
Dried, roasted or fried Lebanese bread
1 tablespoons of pomegranate molasses
Juice of 2 lemons


In bowl put tomatoes, pepper, parsley, radish, onion, cucumber, Purslane, mint, crushed garlic, lemon juice, oil and pomegranate and the rest of the ingredients, mix well.

Brake bread and put on top
