Figs and Prosciutto Gourmet Pizza

Ingredients
- 2 x pita bread or 2 store-bought gourmet pizza base
- 8 x figs, sliced
- 10 x slices prosciutto, torn
- 2 Tbls continental parsley, to garnish
- 3 Tbls olive oil
- 100 g goats cheese
Method
1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Top the pizzas with figs and prosciutto. Drizzle with olive oil. Bake, swapping trays half way through cooking, for 10-15 minutes or until the pizza base is crisp.
Top with goats cheese and garnish with continental parsley. Drizzle with olive oil. Season.

Sounds so flavorful with the fig and goat cheese combination, and prosciutto is one of my favorites!
