Ingredients

  • 2 x pita bread or 2 store-bought gourmet pizza base
  • 8 x figs, sliced
  • 10 x slices prosciutto, torn
  • 2 Tbls continental parsley, to garnish
  • 3 Tbls olive oil
  • 100 g goats cheese

Method

1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Top the pizzas with figs and prosciutto. Drizzle with olive oil. Bake, swapping trays half way through cooking, for 10-15 minutes or until the pizza base is crisp.

Top with goats cheese and garnish with continental parsley. Drizzle with olive oil. Season.
