- 310 g chocolate
- 10 x eggs
- 200 g raspberries
Line a 23cm spring form tin. Heat oven 350degrees C..Separate eggs….melt chocolate and allow to cool slightly, add to eggs. Whip whites and fold through egg and chocolate mixture. Pour into cake tin and bake for 8 minutes, remove from oven
allow to cool and then place (still in tin) uncovered in fridge overnite.
Remove from tin, the cake should have sunk in the middle, this is normal, fill with raspberries or strawberries, slice and serve. Serves 8

Lorraine what sort of oven you use please?Because you write :Heat oven to 350 degrees.The cake looks yummy,but I am ….bit confusion about the oven.
