- 1 x big head cauliflower
- 4-5 L eggs ( slightly beaten in bowl )
- 200 ml milk
- 1 kg plain flour
- 1 kg packet of bread - crumbs
- 1 x salt
- 1 x oil for fry
1)Wash the cauliflower under cold running water,then cut it to smaller pieces,but not to very small.
2)Each piece season with salt.
3)In bigger bowl whisk milk and eggs and now do same way as you do schnitzel.Cover the cauliflower with flour,then put it to eggs with milk and last cover will be bread – crumbs.
4)In deeper pan heat oil and fry on medium heat until all cauliflowers are gold.Put on paper towel take it the excess oil off.
5)Serve as that or with cooked potatoes with frying bacon in.
PS.These recipe is really delicious,you can eat this warm or cold all day and is not heavy.

This looks DIVINE. Cauliflower is my favourite vegetable and anything deep fried is delicious – so this is a winner!
Phoodie this is really very delicious.When I am making this I put flour in big bowl and put in nearly all pieces in ones,and with my hand mix flour on all pieces.It is more quicker,then do one by one.Same do with bread – crumbs.Thank you for your rating.Anna.
