- 3 x frozen bananas( very ripe )
- 600 ml low fat milk
- 1 bunch strawberry
1)Pour to bowl boiling water and put the bananas with skin on into bowl.
2)Meanwhile pour into blender milk and add chopped banana without skin and blend it until smooth.
PS.This milkshake is very healthy,because we don’t have to put any honey or ice cream or sugar. Is already sweet enough.It is very quick and easy and very refresh in summer time.My granddaughters love it,special after school in summer.You will love it to.( but the bananas must be very ripe when you put them into freezer)
