- 50 g butter
- 6 cloves garlic
- 1 splash juice of lime
- 1 x sliced chilli
- 1 kg prawns
- 3 pinches parsley
- 1 pinch pepper
- 1 pinch salt
Step 1. Chop the garlic, parsley, chilli and zest of a lime.
Step 2. Put the butter into a saucepan along with the chopped ingredients. Let it sauté for 2-3 minutes.
Step 3. Place prawns into the saucepan and add the juice of a lime along with the salt and pepper. Combine for a good 5 minutes but if you like them well done stir for 10 mins.
Step 4. Serve hot with a nice garlic aioli sauce or other dishes and sauces.
