- 3 cups wholemeal flour
- 3/4 cups stevia or raw sugar
- 4 generous Tbls nuttelex sunflower margarine
- 1/2 x vanilla pot
- 1 pinch seasalt
- 3-4 Tbls baking powder
- 2-3 cups soy milk or coconut quensh
- 1 splash sparkling water
- 5 middle sized x lady pink apples - cubed
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 tspn dutch cinnamon
- 4 Tbls stevia or raw sugar
- 1,5 cup wholemeal flour
- 3-4 Tbls nuttelex margarine
- 1/2 cup raw sugar
- 1/2 cup icing sugar
Start to prepare your apples. Remove skin and cut into small cubes. Mix with the raisins, sugar, cinnamon and lemon juice. Make the crumbles — add the flour, sugar and margarine into a bowl and mix together. Use your hands to crumble it. Should it be to moist, add more flour. Put into the fridge when ready. Make your dough — add all ingredients into your food processor and mix until you have a smooth dough. Preheat oven to 180° — and use a 21cm diameter springform.
Lay the spring form botton with baking paper. Also use some oil for the rim. Add your dough and top with the apple mix. Push the apples slightly into the dough.
Top with the crumbles and put into the oven and bake until golden brown. That should take approx 35 – 40 min. Test with a wooden spoon. Turn the heat down to 170 after 10 min of baking.
When the cake is ready, get it out of the oven and let cool down complete. Sprinkle with lots of icing sugar and serve.

Me too! When I bake it, it brings me home … my kitchen smells like the kitchen from my mum
