- 6-8 x organic rice waffles
- 1 small x onion - fine chopped
- 1 tspn grated caraway seeds
- 1/2 tspn nutmeg
- 2 tspn sweet paprika powder
- 3 Tbls onion flakes
- 2 Tbls capers - fine chopped
- 1/2 tspn seasalt
- 1/2 tspn black pepper
- 1 tspn mustard
- 1,5 tspn tomato paste
- 1 splash sunflower oil
- 250-300 ml water
Start to beak up and crumble the rice waffles and add into a bowl. Chope the onions and add with the spices. The liquid part please prepare separate!
To make the liquid part mix together the mustard, tomato paste, oil, water and a bit of the caper juice, salt and pepper. Whisk together …
… and mix together all the ingredients!
Stir very well and if it should be to dry, add a bit more oil+water. If it seem to be to liquid, don’t worry, the rice will soak all the liquid! When ready refridgerate for a couple of hours and thats it! Stir it maybe 1 to 2 times while cooling process.
Serve on fresh buns or baguette, topped with some fresh onions, gherkins salt and pepper and ENJOY my German Onion-mince
