  • 200 g white chocolate, finely chopped
  • 2 x egg yolks
  • 1 x whole egg
  • 1 Tbls caster sugar
  • 2 tspn green creme de menthe
  • 2 tspn white creme de cocoa
  • 1 cup fresh pure cream
  • 6 x small mousse pots


Place chocolate, egg yolks, egg, caster sugar, Creme de Menthe and Creme de Cocoa in blender. Heat cream to boiling point then pour at once into the blender. Blend until combined and smooth. Pour into mousse pots, cover and freeze overnight or until set and firm.
To serve top each pot with little whipped cream and a sprinkle of nutmeg. Serves 6.
