- 250 g plain flour
- 150 g continental flour
- 7 -8 g instant dry yeast (dissolve in 270 ml lukewarm milk ) m
- 1 tspn caster sugar
- 3 x yolk
- 270 ml milk
- 350 g greaves (chopped into smaller pieces )
- 2 pinches salt
- 1 x extra egg (lightly beaten with fork )
1)I a bowl sift flour add salt,yolk,dissolved yeast in milk,sugar and greaves and make nice elastic dough.Sprinkle with bit of flour,cover and leave on warmer spot to rise.(double size )
2)Preheat oven on 180 C
Dust bench lightly with flour,transfer dough on and with rolling pin roll out.Make it to 2cm high.Take glass( 6cm diameter ) dusted in flour and cut scones.Put them on lightly greased baking tray and again leave to rise (20 mins.)Then brush them with egg and put into oven and bake ……15 minutes or until nice and golden.
PS.This scones are not sweet,but taste well to.

Snjezana,greaves are (skvarky)that is,when you buy pork belly with high fat on a side,cut off the fat and cut into ….3cm cubes and cook in high saucepan until you will get lard and the cubes of fat shrink.But when you do this,you have to put …bit of water in,before you start. as well and keep it stiring.Good luck Anna.I thing you will know this or your parents.Go on my blog.
