  • 3 x chicken breasts
  • 1/2 x red onion
  • 1/2 x cucumber
  • 1/2 x fiji apple
  • 1/2 x yellow capsicum
  • 1/2 x red capsicum
  • 1/2 x iceberg lettuce
  • 250 g cherry tomatoes
  • 100 g olives
  • 100 g (soft) danish fetta cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 clove ginger
  • 1 x baguette


(Serves 4 People – Prep time: 30 Min – Cooking time: 15 Min)
Vegetarian variation is also possible, just remove/hold back the chicken and skip the marination/frying part.

Separate the 3 chicken breasts in to 3 different marination containers/baths:
Marinade one of the chicken breast in:
- Sweet Chilli Sauce
- (another in) Soy Sauce
- (and the last one in) Olive Oil with Lemon Pepper & chopped Ginger and Garlic (3 gloves)

Let the chicken breasts marinade in their individual baths for 30 minutes.

Now you have plenty if time to chop the Greek salad ingredients:
- 1/2 Red Onion
- 1/2 Cucumber
- 1/2 Red Capsicum
- 1/2 Yellow Capsicum (to add some colour diversity)
- 1/2 Fiji Apple (to add unexpected sweetness)
- Iceberg Lettuce (as much as you want)
- 250g Cherry Tomatoes (cut in halves)

Mix the Greek salad ingredients in the salad bowl. Add:
- 100g (Pitless) Olives

Frying the Chicken:
After the chicken meat has been marinated for 30 minutes, heat the non-stick Teflon frying pan to high temperature and drizzle olive oil on the hot surface.

Fry the marinated chicken breast on the hot frying pan, turning the chicken meat over every 30 seconds, till golden brown. Once golden, chop the fried chicken into triangles or thick slices and if slightly undercooked or pink on the thick part of the meat, fry the chicken pieces little longer.

Greek Salad with Chicken:
Place the recently fried chicken when its still warm on top of the Greek salad and crumble 100 grams of Soft Danish Feta cheese on top of the Greek Salad. The Greek salad can be served with torn baguette slices.
