  • 1 kg frozen green prawns
  • 2 x onions
  • 1 bunch bok choy
  • 1 bunch brocolli
  • 3 tspn vegetable oil
  • 2 tspn cornflour
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 1 L water
  • 4 Tbls curry powder
  • 1 cup baby corn spears


Heat up oil in a large pan
Slice Onions and stir into hot pot
Cook onion until soft
stir in the green prawns
Dissolve curry powder and cornflour in the water and pour over the onions and prawns.
Stir well, and bring to boil
Reduce heat and add bok choy,broccoli and baby corn spears
Simmer for 10min
Season with salt and pepper
