- 2 x ripe avocados
- 1/2 x onion - fine chopped
- 1 x big tomato - deseeded and fine cubed
- 1 x small lime - the juice
- 1 pinch garlic powder
- 1 pinch seasalt for seasoning
Add the avocados into a bowl and crush with a fork until it’s smooth.
Half the tomato and get rid of the liquid and seeds. Fine cube. Also fine chop the onion and parsley. Add the to the avocado mash and season with a dash of garlic powder, seasalt and lime juice.
Mix well, refridgerate for 30 min and enjoy with corn chips.

We love guacamole.
Have a bag of avocados, so this may be a good idea
Guacamole is great – we really love it. It actually is made with fresh coriander, but I can’t eat raw coriander – absolutly don’t like the taste. So I replaced it with fresh parsley — and its great.
