Ingredients

  • 6 L potatoes
  • 500 g mushrooms
  • 2 L carrots(grated on grater on stars sides)
  • 800 g plain flour
  • 2 L eggs
  • 100 ml olive oil
  • 50 g butter
  • 1-2 tspn salt

Method

1) Potatoes wash and peel skin off,then grate on grater on side where the stars are,must be very,very fine.Same way grate carrot,but in another BOWL.Transfer the carrot on little square fabric and squeeze and make juice.Pour the juice to grated potatoes.Add 2 eggs,salt and flour and make mixture(dough)Can’t be running.
2)In deep saucepan boil water with salt.Put a half mixture on a plate and with tablespoon cut small gnocchi and throw them to the water,stir and cook.When the are flow on the top,it is cooked.
3)Use sieve and take all cooked gnocchi from and keep it in big bowl.With the remaining mixture do same process.
4)Mushroom cook on butter,season with salt and add to gnocchi.
5)Eggs, make scrambled and add to gnocchi.Mix all together well and now you can serve on a plate.

PS.This recipe is very,very old,cheap,but nice and yummy.
