- 2 x puff pastry sheets
- 3 x eggs
- 1/3 cup cream or milk
- 3/4 cups ham, chopped
- 3 Tbls chives
- 3/4 cups corn kernals
Pre heat oven to 200C
Cut circles from pastry and line in muffin pans
Mix eggs, cream or milk, ham, corn and chives together, season and spoon into pastry cases
Bake for 15 mins or until puffed and golden!
You can also change the ingredients to suit you tastes.
