Ingredients

  • 400 g coconut cream
  • 3 Tbls raw cocoa powder
  • 1 tspn vanilla essence
  • 2 pinches dessicated coconut
  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 1/2 cup macadamia's
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup linseed seeds
  • 1 Tbls chia seeds
  • 2 Tbls raw cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup raw buckwheat
  • 1 tspn vanilla essence
  • 1/2 cup dessicated coconut
  • 2 Tbls agave syrup or maple syrup
  • 3 Tbls coconut oil

Method

1. Leave the coconut cream in the fridge overnight to solidify. The next day drain the water inside so your left with pure solid cream.
2.Blend ingredients 5-12 together until fine. Move to a mixing bowl.
3. Add ingredients 13-15 to the mixing bowl and mix evenly with your hands.
4. Place a line of baking paper to the base of a spring form tin. Press the crust into the base to create an even layer.
5.Blend the first 3 ingredients together and pour over the crust base. Decorate with dessicated coconut and leave in the fridge overnight to set.
