- 500 g continental flour
- 260 L lukewater
- 2 Tbls olive oil
- 10 g salt
- 1 1/2 tspn instant dry yeast
- 5 cups caster sugar
- 1 x egg (lightly beaten with fork )
1)In small bowl dissolve yeast in little bit of water.Add …bit of sugar,stir and leave to rise.
2)In large bowl sift flour,add salt,sugar, water,oil and yeast mix well and make nice elastic dough.Cover with cling-wrap and leave to double.
3)Transfer the dough on working surface you don’t need to floured working surface, because the dough is not sticky.Knead again and start to roll same pieces (little logs ) to create the rolls.Put always 3 pieces together.Put on little bit greased baking tray and leave to rise for about 40 – 45 minutes.After brush each roll with egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds or sea salt or caraway seed ……etc
4)Bake in preheated oven on 200 C for about 10 – 15 minutes or until golden.
