- 3 cups plain flour
- 3 x eggs(lightly beaten just with fork) )
- 3 Tbls olive oil
- 100 ml water
- 2 pinches salt
- 1 pinch turmeric
1)In bowl combine all dry ingredient together,add eggs,oil and water and make nice elastic dough.Dust with little flour working surface and with rolling pin roll out the dough to 1 mm thick.
2)Roll on rolling pin and cut with sharp knife the long way.Now you create the pasta.(fettuccine)Dust them with …..bit of flour prevent the sticking.
3)Cook them in salty boiled water until soft.Strain them and rinse under cold water.
PS.You can pour …bit of oil over and gently stir it prevent sticking.Serve with your favour meal.

Snjezana I put turmeric when I cook rice into water for beautiful colour or tomato pasta or tomato sauce for diferent colour and vegetable stock or vegeta or chicken stock for flavour.And always come good.Same when I cook peeled potatoes i put turmeric in salty water and you get same result.Have a nice day.
