Homemade Bread

Ingredients
- 500 g plain flour
- 1 tspn salt
- 1 1/2 tspn white vinegar
- 2 tspn instant dry yeast
- 1 1/2 tspn carraway seeds groud
- 400 ml lukewarm water
Method
1) Sift flour into a bowl and add all dry ingredients,mix well,then pour in water mixed with vinegar and make nice elastic dough.Cover with cooking plastic foil and leave to rise ( 1 hour )
2) Transfer the dough on floured working surface and knead again 2-3 minutes.Place the dough in lightly greased baking loaf and again leave it to rise.
3 )Bake in preheated oven on 190 C – 200 C for about 1.5 hour or until golden brown.Place the bread on wire rack and leave to cool.
PS.When I make this bread we all could not wait until the bread will be cold so we cut slices,spread with butter and eat.It was so delicious.No much bread left.

Haha, I also baked bread this week … carrot bread with chia and linseeds. I love homebaked bread
