  • 1 kg chicken mince
  • 2 x medium brown onion (finely chopped )
  • 1 kg sausage mince
  • 1 x large carrots (peeled and grated )
  • 2-3 pinches salt
  • 1-2 pinch black pepper
  • 1 x packed of instant dry mashedd potato
  • 4 x eggs(lightly beaten)
  • 4 Tbls fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 3-4 cloves garlic(crushed)
  • 1 x packed of frozen puff pastry
  • 250 g bacon or ham ( cut to small pieces and fry)


1 ) Make mashed potato as directed on a packed and leave in a large bowl,cool,then add grated carrots,onion,chicken mince,sausage mince,parsley,eggs,bacon,garlic and season with salt and pepper,mix all well.If you can taste and see,if anything need to be added,but don’t swallow.

2) Cut each pastry into square and top with mixture,roll up.Put on lightly greased baking tray,brush with egg and little bit of milk and put into preheated oven on 180 C bake until golden brown

3) Serve with tomato sauce
