  • 8 x medium potatoes
  • 1.5 tspn black pepper
  • 1.5 tspn caraway seeds(ground)
  • 1.5 tspn dry paprika
  • 2 tspn italian seasoning
  • 1.5 tspn salt
  • 1-2 Tbls olive oil


1)Put all dry ingredients into a bowl mix well.

2) Potato wash,clean and cut into wedges,and remove any bad spot on.

3) Put oil into a bowl add potatoes and seasoning and mix all well,just coated the potatoes.Transfer the potatoes on baking tray and bake in preheated oven on 200 C until golden brown.

4) Serve on its own or with any cooked meat and vegetable salad.

PS.This potatoes are very tasty.

  • I love to make my own wedges — I use different herbs and spices, but this sounds delicous as well :-)
