Homemade Strawberry Ice- Cream

Ingredients
- 600 g fresh strawberry (hulled and cut into half )
- 600 ml thickened cream
- 1 x can of sweetened condensed milk
- 3 tspn vanilla essence
- 1 x extra strawberry for garnish
- 1-2 x sachets of vanillin sugar (8 g each )
Method
1)Place the washed,drained strawberry into food processor or process them with hand blender and make smooth mixture(liquid).Strain through a sieve.Leave aside.
2)With electric hand mixer beat in large bowl the thickened cream until soft peaks form.Pour in condensed milk,vanilla essence,vanilla sugar and strawberry puree and mix well.
3)Pour mixture into freezer proof container(2L),put lid on and leave in freezer overnight.Serve with extra strawberry or your favor topping.
