- 1/3 cup barker's of geraldine honey, ginger, lemon syrup
- 2 cups water
- 1 x small clove garlic
- 5cm x slice fresh turmeric, peeled and finely grated
- 1 Tbls fresh oregano leaves, roughly chopped
- 5 x sprigs fresh thyme
- 1/2 tspn cracked black pepper.
Combine Barker’s of Geraldine Honey, Ginger, Lemon syrup, water, garlic, turmeric, fresh herb and black pepper in a small saucepan, bring to the boil then simmer for five minutes. Turn off the heat and allow flavours to infuse for ten minutes. Strain and serve with an extra crack of black pepper.
