- 1 x packet choc cake mix
- 2 x instant choc puddings
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 cup water
- 3 x eggs
- 1/2 cup choc chips
Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
Allow mixture to stand for 5 minutes, before proceeding.
Grease a muffin tray and place 2/3 tablespoons of the mixture into each muffin mould.
Bake in a fan-forced oven on 170 degrees for 10-15mins.
Remove from oven and allow to cool for about 5 – 10 mins.
Serve with cream or chocolate frosting.
