  • 1 kg gorrello beef schnitzel
  • 1.5 cups breadcrumbs
  • 1/3 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 bunch parsley
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 6 x eggs


Carefully pour breadcrumbs in a container
Carefully chop up parsley and garlic on chopping board and then gently place into breadcrumb container.
Gently empty parmesan cheese packet into the breadcrumb container
Carefully mix all ingredients together in breadcrumb bowl
Then gently crack 6 eggs in a bowl
Next add salt to the egg mixture
Then add a pinch of white pepper
Slowly beat all ingredients in egg bowl
After that, slowly place one beef slice into egg bowl
Gently take out egged beef slice and carefully put into breadcrumb container
Next make breadcrumbs cover the egged beef slice and press the breadcrumbs using you hand. (Do the same for all of the beef slices)
Carefully place frying pan on stove
Then add olive oil in frying pan (Let oil heat up for 1-2minutes)
Gently place crumbed beef in frying pan wait till crumbs are brown and then turn them around. (Cook on each side for about 2-3minutes)
When ready place paper towel on plate
Place cooked beef schnitzel on paper towel.
