  • 2 cups corn crums
  • 1 L milk
  • 1/4 cup butter



2 cups of corn corms
1 liter of milk
1 large packet of crème
1/2 a cup of fine semolina
¼ cup butter
2 tablespoons of sugar.

How to prepare:

Bring oven tray then brush with four tablespoons of butter and sprinkle with corn crums on the bottom of the try and leave aside.
Bring a pot and put on the fire and mix the milk and cream, sugar, semolina and keep up the steering until it becomes thick.
Poor over the try evenly sprinkle the rest of corn on top. And then the rest of the butter and put in the oven at a temperature of 180 degrees for 30 mints or an hour until the top golden, take out and cool and then cut..

To prepare the syrup: ½ cup sugar + a glass of water and let boil, then add one tablespoon lemon juice and one tea spoon orange blossom water.
Serve with little syrup on top
