  • 1/2 kg fine miced meat
  • 1 cup burgle
  • 1/4 cup olive oil


Row meat kiba

1/2Kilo . (Minced meat super fine).
1 . cups of fin burgle
10 leaves mint green
10 leaves basil
½ teaspoon nutmeg
Salt and pepper to taste
dash of chili
¼ cup olive oil
Walnuts for decoration

How to prepare:

Wash the burgle and squeeze out all the water.
Placed the meat in mincing machine and chop extra fin add a bit of cold water. Add mint and basil and chop and then add to the burgle pepper, nutmeg and salt to taste, and chili.
Wetting hands with cold water in order to work the kiba. Place in a flat dish and garnish with oil, walnuts, served with mint green onions Lebanese bread.

Serve six people.

  • Lilly we make similar recipes,the meat must be very,very,fine grind and tasty as little bit chilli in and seasoning in.I try to eat only ones,but it was nice.I thing this is good for man,because is …..bit hot.Who like hot and spice meal,will be love it.
