  • 1/2 kg minced meat
  • 1 L onion
  • 4 tspn tomato paste


Lasagna with meat
2 packets pasta
1 /2 kilo of minced beef
2 onions chopped fine.
4 cloves garlic, mashed.
4 cups water.
4 tablespoons tomato paste.
Salt + black pepper tablespoon basil
Spoon of sugar 4 bay leaves.
Four bay leaves.
4 tablespoons oil for frying meat.
500 g Mozzarella cheese
100 g parmesan cheese powder)

How to prepare stuffing for lasagna:

Add the oil in a pot add onions, garlic and ground beef with salt and pepper and basil and bay leaf and sugar bay leaver, then cook with constant stirring until the water dries add tomato paste, stir then add 4 cups water and simmer over low heat until thickens.

How to prepare:
divide the filling enough for the of two layers, and the third layer is no need to be added.
Bring a rectangular oven tray at a height of 5 cm. brush with oil, put tomato sauce in the bottom of the try cover bottom with lasagna slices, first layer and add the sauce spread, then sprinkle Mozzarella cheese, dried parmesan.
Then add the lasagna segments to form a second layer with re-the same way as in the first layer. Lasagna segments are then placed to form the final layer and meat sauce directly on top the sheets and sprinkle with cheese and cover with aluminum foil and then inter the oven for 45 minutes to an hour.
Note: (If the sauce is not covering add a little tomato sauce mixed with water to sides of the try
before the last 10 minutes lift the aluminum of to brown the top take out to rest a little, then cut and served with Salad.
