- 3 kg pork belly
- 4 pinches caraway seeds(very fine grinded )
- 4 pinches salt
- 1/2 cup water
1)Cut pork belly into cubes approximately 2×2 cm,without skin and put into deep saucepan and cook on …..bit high on stove,stir, season with salt,caraway seeds and pour water,stir and cook until you can see the lard coming.The greaves will be ready when they are gold.
2)Put them to safe dish.Serve with dark continental bread or just with toast.
PS.This is very yummy in winter time,but could be eaten any time even could be used in some recipes.
