- 4 -6 x pork cutlets(trimed fat)
- 1/2 tspn salt
- 1/2 tspn white pepper
- 1/2 Tbls maggy seasoning
- 1 Tbls light soy sauce
- 1 Tbls worcestreshire sauce
- 2 Tbls sweet mustard
- 2 x eggs(lightly beaten just with fork) )
- 2 Tbls corn flour
- 1/2 cup oil for fry
1)Wash the cutlets,tenderize and put into plastic container with marinade.
1)Put all ingredients into bowl and whisk well.(NOT OIL)and pour over the cutlets.Leave in fridge over night or longer,but no more then 3 days.
2)In pan heat oil on medium heat,fry cutlets each side approximately 4 – 5 minutes or until soft.Serve with vegetable salad,potato etc……
