- 500 g pork mince
- 2 x eggs(lightly beaten)
- 1 x brown onion(finely chopped)
- 3 cloves garlic(crushed)
- 1 x salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 1 x bread rolls(soaked in milk)
- 1 cup milk
- 3/4 cups breadcrumbs
- 1 x european style sausages kransky (cut to small pieces)
- 1 tspn marjoran(crushed with your hands)
- 1 - 2 kg potatoes
- 1 L olive oil
- 1 x jar of gherkin
1)Potatoes peel and cooked in salty water until very soft,drain and make it mashed potatoes as you like it.( your way)
2)In bowl mix together,mince,chopped onion,garlic,soaked bread – rolls ,kransky,marjoram,eggs,breadcrumbs and season with salt and pepper and make mixture.If you can taste,but don’t swallow to see if anything need to be added.
3)With wet hands make balls ( take it about 1/3 of cup )
3)Heat oil in pan on medium,cook balls for 15 minutes or until brown,then put it on paper towel take it the excess of oil.
4)Serve with mashed potatoes,gherkin etc……
PS.I put mashed potatoes into pipe bag and transfer the mashed potatoes on baking tray and put to oven for a while and bake until slightly gold.
