- 1 x smoky pork leg hock
- 1 L water
- 1 kg potatoes chips or just potatoes or vedges
1) The pork leg hock clean and wash under water and anything you don’t like it cut it off.
2) Put that to slow cooker and cook for 4 -5 hour on high
3 ) When is very soft is done and you can serve.
4 ) Serve with potatoes chips,vedges or just with fresh bread rolls and mustard
This recipe is very easy,delicious and you can eat this summer time,winter time simple any time.Who like it this will be love it.
