Ingredients

  • 2 x sheets of puff pastry
  • 1 x packet of mini cheese kransky ( gluten free )
  • 1 x small egg
  • 1 tspn milk
  • 1 x knob of butter (grease the baking tray )
  • 1 x jar of tomato sauce

Method

1 ) Preheat oven to 190 C

2 ) Cut thawed puff pastry into squares,brush with whisked egg with milk and put in 2 pieces of mini Kransky.Press the corners together ,put them on baking tray and brush each with egg.

3 ) Bake them in oven until golden brown.
Serve with tomato sauce

PS.This is good snack for kids after school or quick lunch
