- 2 x sheets of puff pastry
- 1 x packet of mini cheese kransky ( gluten free )
- 1 x small egg
- 1 tspn milk
- 1 x knob of butter (grease the baking tray )
- 1 x jar of tomato sauce
1 ) Preheat oven to 190 C
2 ) Cut thawed puff pastry into squares,brush with whisked egg with milk and put in 2 pieces of mini Kransky.Press the corners together ,put them on baking tray and brush each with egg.
3 ) Bake them in oven until golden brown.
Serve with tomato sauce
PS.This is good snack for kids after school or quick lunch
