Ingredients

  • 4 x half chicken breasts (skin off)
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 Tbls grated fresh parmesan cheese
  • 1 x egg (lightly beaten and seasoned with salt & pepper)
  • 1 Tbls worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tspn dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbls chopped fresh parsley
  • 125 g butter

Method

Pre heat oven to moderate – 180 degrees C.

Dip chicken breasts in lightly beaten egg then coat in combined breadcrumbs and grated parmesan cheese. Place crumbed chicken in an oven proof dish and sprinkle any left over bread crumbs on top.

Melt butter (in a pan or a microwave) and lightly beat in Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard and chopped parsley with a fork.

Pour evenly over chicken and bake for 20 mins.

  • Look very yummy.I will cooking as soon as possible.What about,if I put in another cheese instead parmesan?How will be taste ?Do you know?,but thank you for the recipe anyway.

  • ok i really want to try this, but I am not understanding why i would cook chicken at such a low temp.

  • The temp is celsius not farenheight. 180 = abt 375F
