  • 1 x ripe avocado
  • 1 cup coconut cream
  • 1/2 sprig vanilla pot (the inside paste)
  • 2 tspn vanilla sugar
  • 3-5 Tbls pure bakin cocoa powder
  • 1/2-3/4 cup soy milk
  • 3-5 Tbls fruit sugar or agave sirup as you like


This is one of my versions of a Mousse au Chocolate! Very easy and quick — and in any case more healthy than the dairy version!

All you need is:
Coconut Cream, Avocado, Vanilla Sugar or a fresh Vanilla pot, lots of Cocoa Powder (the pure powder with at least 70% cocoa), Fruit Sugar or Agave Sirup and a bit of Soy Milk.

Add all ingredients into your food processor and process until you get a creamy mousse.

Fill the Mousse au Chocolate into glasses or use as showed above the empty Avocado, and chill for a couple of hours in the fridge.

  • Huch, yea, thats wrong — littly typo. It’s 3 tsp — tbsp would be to sweet I guess, haha — Thanks for that. I once also added a little bit of Jamaica Rum into it — also pretty delicous :-)
