- 2 x onions
- 1 cup chickpea flour
- 2 tspn roasted coriander powder
- 1/2 tspn chilli powder
- 5 x curry leaves(optional)
- 1 tspn salt
- 1/2 L oil
- 1 pinch baking soda
chop onions lengthwise
Mix flour,onions,and all the powders together,dont add water.Water from onions will hold the ingredients together ,add 1/2 tspn oil to mixture if required.
It should look like crumble mixture
Heat oil in deep pan,and fry onions till golden brown.
