Ingredients

  • 1 cup salted peanuts
  • 1 cup cooked brown rice
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • 2 x grated carrots
  • 1/2 x chopped capsicum
  • 4 x chopped schallots
  • 1 x large stick celery finely chopped
  • 2 x eggs
  • 1/4 bunch chopped parsley
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed

Method

MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER, IN LARGE BOWL. MAKE A CRUMB COATING FOR FRYING OUT OF.
1 CUP SR FLOUR
1 CUP BOURGUL CRUSHED WHEAT OR WHEAT GERM
1/2 CUP SESAME SEEDS
1 CUP FINE BREADCRUMBS
MIX TOGETHER THEN SPOON RISSOLE MIXTURE ONTO HANDS WITH CRUMB MIX ON IT AND SQUEEZE TOGETHER TO COAT WELL INTO MEDIUM SIZE BALLS. FRY IN HOT OIL UNTIL BROWNED ALL OVER. FOR A DIPPING SAUCE COMBINE
1/4 CUP SOUR CREAM
1/4 CUP MAYONNAISSE
1/4 CUP SWEET CHILLI SAUCE
1/2 ORANGE SQUEEZED
