- 2 cups self - raising flour
- 3 L eggs
- 1 cup caster sugar
- 600 ml thickened cream
- 1 x vanilla sugar
- 10 - 20 g unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup continental flour
- 1 x small bottle of peppermint essence
- 1/4 cup icing sugar
- 2 x tubs of philladelphia cream cheese ( 250 g each )
- 3 Tbls cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup extra icing sugar
- 1 x small bottle of yellow food coloring
1)In a medium bowl mix together with wooden spoon or spatula flour,sugar,( 1 cup )vanilla sugar,eggs and thickened cream,make mixture.
2)Grease lightly with unsalted butter baking rectangle tray and dust all over with continental flour.Pour the mixture and bake in preheated oven on 170 C until nice and golden or when insert skewer in and take it out must be dry.Cool and cut into 3 parts.Each part spread with cream and make layers.
1)To make cream,mix 1 tub of cream cheese with sugar and 2-3 drops of peppermint essence and 1 drop of yellow food coloring.
1)To make chocolate frosting,mix 1 tub of cream cheese with sugar and cocoa and spread on top and sides on cake.
3)Serve its on own or with your favorite drink.
PS.For decorations use plain,but sweet cream cheese.
