- 2 x bunches of fresh basil
- 1 splash (generous) of lemon juice
- 1 x salt and pepper to taste
- 4 Tbls olive oil
- 3/4 tspn minced garlic
Yield: approx. 80g, Prep: 10-15 min, Store: In the fridge
1.Place all the ingredients in a processor or blender and combine.
2. If the mix won’t mix in your processor or blender, move what you have chopped up and combined to a mortar and pestle and work it around.

We love pesto in pasta,so this is very delicious.
