Ingredients

  • 250 g pork mince
  • 250 g beef mince
  • 2 x eggs
  • 150 ml milk
  • 1 x bread roll ( cut to cubes and soak in milk )
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 tspn salt
  • 1 Tbls marjoran(crushed with your hands)
  • 70 g bread crumbs
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 x extra bread - crumbs
  • 1 x oil for fry

Method

1)In bowl mix both mince,add eggs,salt,pepper,soaked bread- roll,garlic,marjoram and 70 g bread – crumbs.Make a mixture

2)Take 1/2 cup of it and create a patty.Cover with extra bread – crumbs.

3)In pan heat oil on medium heat,put patty in and fry approximately 5 minutes each side or until nice and gold.Put in dish with lid and keep warm.

4)Serve with potato chips and home made coleslaw.
