  • 500 g minced pork
  • 2 1/2 Tbls caster sugar
  • 1 Tbls sesame oil
  • 1 Tbls chives, chopped, plus extra for garnish
  • 2 tspn cornflour
  • 1/4 cup light soy sauce, for dipping

    • Hi Anna, you can fry them if you like. Just put a bit of water in the fry pan and cook them for a few minutes until water evaporates then add a dash of cooking oil and fry them until cooked through. :)
