4 spoons butter
4to 6 cups of milk
2 eggs beaten
Salt pepper
Preparation
Put the potatoes in a plastic back
Put in microwave for 6mints or
Add to boiling water with salt until
Have cooks it will finish cooking in
The oven, take out and drain arrange
In oven try add salt pepper.
Put a pot on the fir add butter then flour
Till golden add milk gradually till thickens
Add eggs mix well poor over the potatoes
