- 500 g cooked and cooled prawns
- 2 L fresh carrots ( cut to julliete )
- 4 x roma tomatoes (cut to vedges )
- 1 x medium red onion ( sliced )1
- 1/2 x medium lebanese cucumber ( wash and peel with peeler for vegetables )skin on
- 3 Tbls olive oil
- 2 Tbls dijonnaise mustard
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch white pepper
1)Put all vegetables into bowl and add clean cool prawns and pour over the dressing.Taste and see,if anything need to be added.
1)In bowl whisk together olive oil,mustard,salt and white pepper.
PS.This salad is very refresh in summer timer and very healthy as well.
