- 1 x chicken breast sliced
- 1/4 x roasted pumpkin
- 100 g feta cheese
- 1 bunch baby spinach
- 1 pinch oregano
- 100 g butter
- 50 g cherry tomatoes
1. Roast pumpkin oregano, butter in the oven until the pumpkin is cooked and soft then blend it into a fine paste.
2. Cook chicken breast whole in the oven with a pinch of oregano until cooked then slice into 1cm slices.
3. Add all ingredients onto the Turkish bread then toast until feta cheese is slightly melted.
