Ingredients

  • 1 cup sr flour
  • 2 x rashers bacon
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • 1 x salt and pepper to season.
  • 1 x egg
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 x fetta, whipped or whipped spreadable philly cheese
  • 1 x black olives, rosemary and capsicum, black peppercorns to decorate
  • 1 x ham thinly sliced

Method

Mix flour with chooped bacon cheese and flour, add egg and milk, combining well, season and bake in patty tins for 15 to 20 mins in hot oven.

When cool, decorate with whipped fetta or philly (or mix of both) and use as an icing base to decorate the pup.

Cut ears from ham, and use black olive slices for the nose, peppercorns for the eyes (remove these before kids eat them !) rosemary for whiskers and capsicum for the tongue.

Perfect for RSPCA cupcake day which is what I made these for !
