  • 1 x large mug self raising flour
  • 1 x large mug of milk
  • 1 x egg
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 x ripe banana, sliced
  • 1 Tbls maple syrup
  • 2 Tbls butter


Combine four, milk, egg and salt into a mixing bowl. Whisk until
the mixture is smooth, adding more milk if required.

Add most of the banana to the mixture and stir well.

Heat a frying pan over medium high heat. Add a little bit of the butter to the pan.

Using a ladle scoop mixture into the frying pan and cook for 2- 2 1/2 minutes each side.

Once all pancakes are cooked, add reaming banana to frying pan. Add maple syrup and cook for about 45 seconds.

Serve and enjoy.
