- 3 cups s.r. flour
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/2 cup cream
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tspn baking powder
Sift flour, baking powder and salt. Mix in milk and cream.
Lightly knead, and use scone cutter to cut out scones.
Brush top of scones with milk or melted butter.
Bake 200 deg C for 10 to 12 minutes pending on oven.
