Ingredients

  • 250 g pork mince
  • 250 g beef mince
  • 1 x european style sausages kransky (cut to small pieces)
  • 1 x cabana frankfurt(cut to small pieces)
  • 3 tspn caster sugar
  • 1 tspn ginger(from jar)
  • 2 cups stock (any )
  • 150 ml water mixing with corn flour
  • 3 - 4 Tbls corn flour
  • 3/4 cups tomato sauce or bbq sauce
  • 1 x packet of sauce bolognese
  • 3 cloves garlic(crushed)
  • 1 cup button mushrooms(sliced )
  • 1 cup red capsicum (cut to strips )
  • 1 cup green capsicum, chopped
  • 2 pinches salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1/2 cup oil for fry
  • 1 x packet of potato chips
  • 2 x medium brown onion (sliced )

Method

1)In deep saucepan heat oil on medium heat,add onion and fry until lightly brown.Add mince(both) and cook until nice and brown.Add garlic,ginger,salt,pepper,kransky,cabana frankfurst,stir and add tomato sauce, bolognese sauce,stock,all vegetables,sugar and cook ……5 minutes.

2)Pour in corn flour and make it thicker.Cook 2- 3 minutes,taste and see,if anything need to be added

3)The chips cook as directed on a packet.Serve on a plate and pour over sauce.
